Iowa's law states that if any fuel contains more than 1% ethanol it must be posted at the pump. There is one station here (Pilot) that I noticed has started using ethanol in all their grades.

Yes, Oklahoma does require labeling for ethanol blends, which is generally no more than 10%.

Yeah I know that's true here 10k, but I originally put this thread here just so that the GasBuddy Blog would get linked from this site. The idea that the site would start a blog but then make it a separate domain that isn't even linked here, is just bizarre (you'll notice that this thread is more active than the secret blog it links to)... I don't believe it's a "mandate" though because I've still got three out of my seven closest stations selling E-free. Up to a couple of weeks ago it was four out of seven but one caved. I believe it's more a question of supply and demand. The less demand there is for E-free (that is, the less individual stations are ordering it specifically), the less reason the distributors have to send it out. I'm stumped as to what Al Gore has to do with any of this though... I believe all this ethanol-pushing crap comes from the Bush years.

as north carolina residents, you and i both know this state does not require the dreaded ethanol sticker, but i coulda declared years ago there were stickers..
no sticker makes it hard to hunt down "good gas" stores when the distributor is not known..
and i only have one good gas store left now-2 weeks ago we had two, but one of them caved in to this wonderful state of north carolina mandate..
sighhhhhh..
wonder how long it will be before algoreaphobia outlaws heating with wood in cold weather..

Evidently Kentucky does not at the present time because just about 98 percent of the stations contain ethanol and it is not on their pumps and I have had the attendants to tell me that their gas didn't contain ethanol, but a tank truck driver said it all had up to 10 percent ethanol in it.

The pumps here are labeled with ethanol percentage since it is not mandated in all the gas.

MN doesn't require labeling Ethanol content unless there's NO Ethanol in the gas. Only the Non-Oxygenated Premium needs to be labeled as such. It's been that way since 97/98 when the legislature mandated 10% Ethanol in all Gas sold except for the Non-Oxy Premium for use in Classic Cars, Boats, Motorcycles, and small engines only.

Kentucky does not require labelling for ethanol. In the three Northern Kentucky counties reformulated gas including ethanol is mandated by law.

Mississippi pumps will warn you if there's ethanol in the blend -- in this state, usually less than 10 percent
