The iconic American sports car was one of the most unique sports car ever built in the United States, equipped with a powerful V-10 engine. It was a "race car with a license plate" from its inception in 1992, and in race car terms, very affordable. Most race cars have a price tag stating at around $225,000.00 and can reach into the millions. Dodge was able to produce a competitive entry level street legal car that could easily become a racer with minor modifications, for a bit over $50,000.00 (1992). The final versions of the vehicle are pushing $86,000.00 but still well below a Porche 911...
