I forgot to mention yesterday . . .

Eat whole fruit on an empty stomach. Otherwise, the benefits are minimal.

Whole fruit. Juicing removes many nutrients good for you, leaving mostly sugar. Then most commercial brands add more sugar.

I like them both but fresh sqeezed juice is the best...You need 90 nutrients everyday. That means vitamins and minerals and EFA's...

A smoothie made of one cup Greek yogurt, half cup of cherries, half cup of juice, with a whole grain bagel topped with a slice of cheese or peanut butter is easy to make. You can prepare many different type of power pact drinks like this smoothies with all kinds of different healthy choices. A blend and go meal can be yogurt cup of berries cup of orange juice and a banana. When you are rushed eat a granola bar or sports bar but remember they are not the same as a full breakfast.Diet Information

It is hard to eat all the fruits and vegetables daily that a body needs. So we prefer to drink Monavie juice!!! It has the equilivent anti-oxygen of 13 fruits in a 4 oz serving. It includes fruits from all over the world and also the super fruit from Brazil "Acai". I feel more energic since I started drinking Monavie. My friends also enjoy the taste and the benefits of Monavie!!! Thanks Monavie!!!!!!!

Both! I'm greedy!

I drink orange juice (Simply Orange) and cranberry juice (Safeway Select; no HFCS), but everything else I prefer the whole fruit--watermelon, mango, strawberries, banana, apples, grapes, etc.

whole fruit. But - it is hard to take my morning meds with whole fruit, so I have a glass of orange juice at breakfast (plus a whole banana and some blueberries in my oatmeal).
