Eating cholestrol does not raise your cholestrol....eating saturated fat does. Eat everything in moderation and you should be OK.

Hi everyone, Here is a simple yet delicious recipe to eat eggs in the morning. This recipe is well known in the Mediterranean. Ingredients: 1-2 small onions, 1-2 med.tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, 4-5(eggs)depending on # of ppl.Chop all ingredients in small cubes. Fry all the above ingredients with a little sunflower or corn oil(STAY AWAY FROM VEGETABLE OIL, as it is toxic and made from GM corn) Once the onions turn golden brown add your eggs and mix everything in the pan. Add some spice. I like to use, salt, black pepper, paprika, dried crushed mint leaves. Mix all and serve when ready.
Try this recipe and see if you like it. You can also add zucchini to this recipe. Very healthy and very tasty. Let me know if you all liked it ;) -

FREE Range Happy Hens produce the best Omega Rich Brown Eggs on the market .. our Isa Browns were free to roam and wonder at their will, nesting when they felt like it. Hence, the name "Happy Hens, Happy Eggs, Healthy 4 U, U B Happy 2" as hundreds were gifted to GOD's Food Box Ministry in the Kootenays, British Columbia with that happy label on each dozen that my loving husband worked diligently to provide the comfort, the nourishment and the hen's playground for producing healthy eggs for ourselves and others that needed a little helping hand. Love to all and, sure hope you are enjoying your healthy eggs with a keen awareness what a blessing a healthy egg is. HAPPINESS to you all out there Gas Buddies

I had 18 egg whites with 1 yoke as part of my breakfast this morning.
My health is better than 99 percent of the population.
Eggs white protein is some of the highest quality protein available.

We can put an end to "Are Eggs Good For You", the answer is Y E S! Great source of cholesterol. Remember, your brain is made up of mostly cholesterol. Read Dr. Wallachs' book, Dead Doctors Don't Lie. He will explain it for sure.

Did God make a mistake when he provided the human race with eggs for food? I think not! Great source of protein!

Most eggs make me gag, but IHOP omlettes are enough non-eggy that I kind of like them.

if you eat responsibly, you shouldn't run into any problems. i eat 4 poached egg whites in the mornings every other day.
the cholesterol and fat debate is trivial, just like asking how much vegetables should you consume each day when you dump hordes of salad dressing and other condiments on your meal.
eat your eggs poached, without butter, salt, grease or carbs.

One egg is packed with several vitamins essential to health:
• Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), which helps your body to break down food into energy
• Vitamin B12 (cobalamin), vital for producing red blood cells • Vitamin A (retinol), which is great for your eyesight
• Vitamin E (tocopherol), which fights off the free radicals that can cause tissue and cellular damage, which may lead to cancer
• Vitamins A and B2 are also important for growth—so make sure your kids are eating eggs regularly, too.

I prefer my eggs organic and hard-boiled or raw. I eat eggs infrequently but when I do they are hard-boiled or lightly cooked in organic coconut oil.

If I think the cons and bads about things like this, makes me sick.
That's why I ignore labels, I have nothing to worry about since I don't eat them all the time but still.
Over-killed it you did. ._. I could easily point at things that you consider healthy and put 'bad things' on it.

I think eggs are good in moderation. I don't eat eggs for breakfast because I am on a strict diet. But I used to eat 2 eggs a day and luckily did not get high cholesterol and diabetes. I would think bacon is worse.

Eggs are awesome. Despite how there are so many studies that suggest the unhealthy/unsafe quality of eggs, I haven't had any problems eating raw eggs with certain Asian dishes. I rely on eggs for protein, especially since I rarely eat meat. Sure, too much can cause high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, salmonella, etc., but it's really not that bad. There's always going to be studies on healthy foods that suggest that they're not so healthy, e.g. milk. The truth is, humans have been eating eggs from the beginning of humankind, and the eggs haven't caused any problems in our development. I think you'll be fine with your scrambled eggs for breakfast every so often. ;-)

As the ad says: Perfect food - Studies show that half the calories found in eggs come from the fat in the yolk; a large (50 gram) chicken egg contains approximately 5 grams of fat. Only 27% of the fat in egg is saturated fat. The egg white consists primarily of water (87%) and protein (13%) and contains no cholesterol and little, if any, fat. - SOME research supports the idea that a high egg intake increases cardiovascular risk in diabetic patients. A study published in 2010 found no link between egg consumption and type 2 diabetes. - Proper storage and handling all but eliminates 99.9% of salmonella, if you are totally paranoid there is pasteurized & irradiated eggs. - People are allergic to a number of foods, eggs are no exception. Most people are however allergic to egg whites not yokes. - If your in Quebec and Ontario this is a serious problem. As with a lot food produced today the hormones and drugs used to make bigger faster cheaper stuffs will always have an affect on humans.
