5. I did what you're doing a while ago. Best time to do it is a Sunday, that way you get the Sunday Driver credits at the same time ;)

Eventually someone will report a price. I don't remember doing Yukon, but if you hit every province listed at http://www.gasbuddy.com/ you'll get it eventually.

Level 5 is possible for Pioneer. Difficult, but possible.
